Privacy on the public site

This page covers the One Good Role public website and its three anonymous free tools. It does not describe processing inside the separate private application.

Your tool entries

The tools calculate and organize your entries in your browser. They do not send your answers to our servers or an AI provider. No account, email address or resume upload is required. We do not use analytics trackers or set tracking cookies in this release.

The tools do not save your entries to an account or browser storage. Browser autofill or history restoration may behave differently. Use Download if you want to keep your work before leaving.

Downloads, imports and printing

Downloaded files contain your entries as plain text. Imports are read locally and shown for review before replacing your current work. Notes for unselected checklist topics remain in downloads unless you clear them.

Printed documents, downloads, browser-managed copies and device backups are under your control. Reset clears the current tool but cannot delete those copies. Only share files containing information you intend the recipient to see.

Page requests and email

Vercel hosts the public website and may process ordinary request information, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect pages. That is separate from your tool entries. See Vercel’s privacy notice for information about its processing.

If you email support@onegoodrole.com, your email service and our mailbox provider, Porkbun, process the message. Please do not email a resume or sensitive personal information.
